Benefits of Yoga 

Just follow following steps for happy and active life 
  1. Make habit to wake up at 5:00 am as possible
  2. Drink  3 -4 glass of water early in the morning in order to neutralise your body .
  3. Avoid bed tea , although it would be very difficult to leave this habit, but it wpuld be benefit for you .
  4. At least 15 min. morning walk is must.
  5. Bed tea damage Kidney.
  6. Always remember , early to sleep early to rise make you healthy & wise.
  7. Give at least 30 – 40 Minute exercise to your body daily.
  8. For this you can use
  • Kapal Bhati
  • Anulom Vilom
  • Butterfly
  1. If you want to do above exercise in the evening , then there should be a gap of 5 hours between Lunch time & exercise .
  2. If you are habitual of tea , then take maximum of 2 times a day .
  3. Take 6 hours sleep.
  4. Sleep early as possible .
  5. Do not use drugs.
  6. Do not drink water along with meals , because it causes gastric problems.
  7. Take curd only in Lunch.
  8. Take milk only in night.
  9. Avoid curd during night 
  10. खाना खाने से पहले चालीस मिनट तक पानी न पिए
  11. हफ्ते मैं एक बार व्रत जरुर करे ! 
  12. सात्विक विचार रखे !
  13. दूसरों के साथ वही व्यवहार करे जो आप अपने साथ होना पसंद करते हैं !
  14. काम को कल पर छोड़ने की आदत त्याग दे ! सफलता आपके कदम चूमेगी !
